Dr. Shannin Lewis is a practicing pain specialist. As an osteopathic physician she offers a variety of treatment modalities that include both injection therapy and hands on manual manipulation of the musculoskeletal system. Dr. Lewis believes in putting the patient first. She writes, “it is important to not only develop a treatment plan that will decrease my patient’s pain and improve their quality of life, but it is also equally important to effectively communicate that treatment plan to the patient ensuring that they understand and feel good about care.” Dr. Lewis truly listens to her patients. Outside of the hands on practice of medicine Dr. Lewis remains committed to mentoring youth. She has a long term relationship of working with the Distance Learning Center, a non profit, where she mentors students starting in the 7th grade through college.
